Exchangors, National Association of Realtors, and the Wisconsin Commercial Association
of Realtors, Castle Realty utilizes the largest internet sites as well as smaller local listing
exchanges to locate and market property. We offer both direct investment and
tenants-in-common (TIC) structures for the projects we develop. We invest personally
as well as for clients and will place investments from $200,000 up, with property sizes
generally in the $3,000,000 - $100,000,000 price range. We invest wherever we see the
best opportunities and are currently in 11 states.
